Low Season (16th May – 14th November) – $1160.00 per night
High Season (15th November – 15th May) $1650.00 per night
Peak Season (All regattas, Xmas, New Year, ACYS) $1930.00 per night
For out of season, we are happy to negotiate a price should you be interested in taking just the main 3 bedroom house.
The house is tastefully and newly furnished and its open-plan kitchen and reception area opens out on to spacious terrace which wraps around the front of the house to take in the breath taking views across the harbour to Nelson’s Dockyard.
With a large, decked area, shaded bar, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, the outdoor living areas are designed to take full advantage of the stunning setting. Enjoy a dip in the private pool while you soak up the sun on our sun loungers or relax in the shaded bar area while watching the sun set.
