Hope you love this as much as we do! Huge thank you to Rory Reames......
Kittyhawk sits in an idyllic position, opposite Nelson's Dockyard in English Harbour and is only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants in Falmouth and English Harbours making it the perfect spot for family holidays, yachting crews and Talisker welcoming teams.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, Kittyhawk offers four poster beds with crisp white linen sheets and air con in all bedrooms. The large, shaded outdoor eating area is ideal for sundowners with unrivalled views overlooking the yachts and sunsets in the harbour.
With a private pool, plenty of sunloungers, bbq, large decked area and shaded bar Kittyhawk offers the perfect home from which to explore the magical island of Antigua.
With direct flights from the UK, Antigua couldn't be easier to get to. Once there, our on-island manager, Anna, can arrange airport transfers and will meet you at the house on arrival. Anna can also arrange for cooks, babysitters etc and will happily advise you on any aspect of island life.
Kittyhawk sleeps up to 10 guests, with prices ranging from £350 per night (low season) to £1000 per night for high season and sailing weeks.
The main house offers three double bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs with two double beds, all with air con and own bathrooms. The cottage, just next to the house, has a double bedroom, single bed and kitchen/sitting room, so is self-contained. We do not recommend the house for small children (under 12 yrs) Crisp, white linen on all beds and plenty of towels (swimming and bath) are all provided.
There is an excellent food shop ("The Covent Garden") a few minutes walk away and plenty of food, wine and delicatessens within English Harbour. You will be within easy walking distance of plenty of excellent restaurants and bars. There is a comprehensive guide book at Kittyhawk with plenty of recommendations.
Antigua boasts 365 glorious beaches. Pigeon Beach is just a 15 minute walk from Kittyhawk and home to the famous Catherine's Cafe (definitely worth booking in advance)
It is very easy to walk around English and Falmouth Harbours - there really is no need to hire a car unless you plan on exploring the island. Car hire is readily available within English Harbour and can be booked for one day or more.
